Ann Austin – Founding Director – Starting early 2025 

Ann Austin, a visionary sustainability trailblazer in the property sector, will join the team in early 2025. Ann’s impressive career includes leading transformative sustainability initiatives for Lendlease that were recognised in the 2023 Australian Financial Review’s Sustainability Leaders Awards.  Renowned in the sector, she has played pivotal roles in the formation of industry groups such as the Materials and Embodied Carbon Leaders Alliance (MECLA) and the Construction Industry Culture Taskforce (CICT).
